3. Data recipients
The recipients of the data may be entities that process data on our behalf (e.g. providers of hosting, email, IT, accounting and legal services), solely to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes.
4. Data retention period
We retain the data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by law and until the expiry of the limitation period for any potential claims.
5. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
6. Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond to your enquiry and to establish and carry out cooperation.
7. Automated decision-making
Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
