2. What data we process and where we obtain it
We process data that you provide to us voluntarily, in particular:
- data provided in the contact form: first and last name, e-mail address, optionally information about the database you use, and the content of your message;
- data shared via e-mail correspondence or during a phone conversation;
- data necessary to deliver and settle services — if a cooperation is established.
We do not obtain your data from external sources, nor do we purchase contact databases.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- responding to an inquiry and conducting correspondence — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where necessary, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- preparing an offer and establishing cooperation — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- delivering, documenting and settling services and fulfilling tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR;
- establishing, asserting or defending against claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data retention period
- data from correspondence and inquiries — for the time necessary to handle the matter, and thereafter until the expiry of the limitation period for any potential claims;
- data related to a concluded contract — for its duration and for the period required by law (including tax and accounting regulations).
5. Data recipients
Your data may be entrusted to entities that support us in conducting our business, solely to the extent necessary and on the basis of appropriate agreements, in particular to providers of: hosting and e-mail services, IT, accounting and legal services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Our website uses Google Fonts loaded from Google's servers, which may involve transferring your IP address to the provider (Google). If, in the future, we implement tools that transfer data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) and update this policy.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- rectify (correct) your data;
- erase your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) if you believe that we process your data unlawfully.

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to an inquiry or to establish cooperation. Failure to provide data may make it impossible for us to contact you.

This policy may be updated periodically — e.g. in connection with changes in regulations or the scope of services. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
